  4. First of all congratulations for such a good score
You see, around 10 students are allowed to change branch to cs department
It's a bit of tough thing
You need a cpi of above 9.5 to change the branch in iit bombay
Another good option for you is delhi cs

Furthur after viewing past years kvpy papers i found maths section very tough and time consuming as it contains questions mostly from algebra. can u also please suggest me a good book for it as i m finding TMH insufficient for kvpy preperation?

Well, No book is truly adequate for Maths. But of the available options, TMH is the best. And u wont face any such difficulty in kvpy.
Also for physics, u can try Resnick Halliday Krane or Sears and zemnasky for clearing concepts along with HC verma. If u want an indian book then go for DC PANDEY

  10. Aman bhaiya
I gave jee mains this year, and was getting around 300 marks, but there was an evaluation mistake in jee mains, and i couldnt end up qualifying. We had gone to court, and all, but the proceedings take time, so I couldnt give jee advanced. IIT is the place where Ive been wanting to go all along, and suddenly this happened..
Do you think I should repeat a year? I mean are droppers treated properly amongst peers in iits? My parents are against repeating, but not going to iit would mean the end of a dream to me. How do i convince them?
