Live Q/A session

UPDATE: Due to an examination rescheduling at the last minute, I won't be able to take the session at the time we decided. I will update you guys with the new time later.

Hello readers,
We will be conducting a live Q/A session on Thursday, 8th of September 2016 in which I will be available to answer all your queries. The session will start at 6.00 PM and end at 7.00 PM.

What do you get?
During this session, any (non-conceptual) doubt you post as a comment on this post will be answered by me. You can ask as many doubts as possible, but ask 1 doubt at a time. I will try to get more top JEE rankers if possible!

What are you waiting for? Start making a list of doubts now!

    1. You should read books. Try covering the left out theory from books.

  7. I know that my doubt is very common , I was not serious about iit preparation till about 2 months past 2nd year , im aiming for JEE2017 Starting from scratch (im thorough with basics of 11th up to board level) how should i prepare with the remaining 6-7 months

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Starting from scratch? That's too strong a statement. I am myself not sure what you should do in such a situation.
Rather, I can suggest taking a drop. 6-7 months is too less if you want to 'start from scratch'

    1. Keep noting things that you tend to forget. This is the best strategy and it always works. Maintain a diary in which you note down those things that you tend to forget.

    1. Buy a revision package. I would recommend Resonance Rank booster.
For challenging problems - FIITJEE GMP is good, but it has to be used with caution because some problems are beyond JEE level or are out of JEE syllabus

  23. I aim for a top 50 rank but I get scared sometimes seeing the vast number of candidates aiming for the same. I am an average student so this adds to the fear. How to overcome this? Can only born toppers get those under 50 ranks?

    Replies
    1. Read other posts and you will realize that I wasn't even close to a 'born topper'.

A better alternative would be to join a decent test series.
