JEE syllabus is huge and they test your memorizing power too!!
There are certain topics that are supposed to be revised frequently. You should do the same for the topics that you forget easily. For me, inorganic chemistry (especially p-block) and practical organic chemistry were such topics. Besides there were some formulae in modern physics and integration that needed a regular revision. For formulas, it is advisable to make a notebook containing all the necessary details. It helps a lot. And don't forget to revise the same on every weekend. You will realize that after say a couple of weekends, you are perfectly fine with those topics. This is the general revision strategy to be followed for entire JEE preparation.
Coming to the revision strategy after syllabus is completed. All I can say is solve solve and solve as many problems as you can from all topics. This will help you in 4 ways :
- your speed will improve
- your accuracy will improve
- No need of explicit revision
- your weak points will come ahead
In my case it was Permutations and Combinations, Modern Physics and Thermodynamics and of course a large portion of chemistry because I was relatively weak in that subject.
These chapters will decide your rank because these are the portions where most people are weak so if you cover these, then that would definitely give you an edge over others.
You can also go for specialized revision packages like the ones provided by FIITJEE(GMP + RTPF) or Resonance(Rank Booster).
Joining a test series helps a lot. If you are confident of getting say an under 100 rank then FIITJEE would be a good option but FIITJEE test series might prove to be a disaster because it too tough and far above JEE level. Resonance test series is a good option , although I never tried it.
Go ahead and Crack It!!!
thnx
ReplyDeletehow did u manage to complete resonance material besides doing fiitjee material and other books u have written below in ur blog....? i'm asking because i have also joined fiitjee and a correspondnce course of vidyamandir classes and i'm not able to do them simultaneously......
ReplyDeleteAs mentioned earlier, I didn't attend the school so I had plenty of time to cover a variety of material.
DeleteCan u please be a little more precise? like what order did u follow to complete - Fiitjee material, resonance material, NCERT and other extra material like jd lee, hc verma etc.......
DeleteI completed FIITJEE RSM + GMP.
ReplyDeleteI bought Resonance material but didn't do it.
NCERT is a must. JD Lee is no more needed as far as JEE is concerned.
I'm sorry but i'm a bit confused. Taught a topic in class, first u did fiitjee RSM, Then ncert and then extra material if u got time..r u trying to say this? and i'm sorry to say but don't u think its a bit strange that u joined a correspondence course of resonance and did not do the material......And earlier u said in ur post that u did jd lee and now u are saying that it is not needed...why so?
Deletesee i covered FIITJEE RSM around 3 months prior to jee. this was done because it was a revision strategy.
DeleteIf u r in class 11th, then just focus on books and your coaching material now.
I didn't purchase resonance correspondence course. i just bought resonance rank booster some 15 days prior to jee. Reason - i got it (priced Rs. 1200) only at Rs.120 (90% scholarship to olympiad qualified students).
as far as jd lee is concerned , I covered it (mainly s and p block) but it is not at all needed as far as jee is concerned. pickup any paper (past 5-6 year's) and check it. there will be hardly any question that is out of ncert.
Yes bhaiyya, i'm in class 11th...sorry but i think u r not getting my question...let me make it more clear...For eg. presently my physics sir is teaching rotational motion. So while at home what should i start with?like should i first revise the class notes, then do fiitjeee package(as sir takes doubts of the exercises the very next day) then ncert and then hc verma or in any other order? HOW DID U DO IT?
ReplyDeleteat home you should read out theory from the books that I have mentioned or from any other book with which you are comfortable in grasping the concepts. Then move on to solving simple questions , say of JEE main level / HC Verma / any other source. Then move on to fiitjee packages. You need not solve the problems given in NCERT (however there are a few really good problems in NCERT physics and you need to cover them specifically). Revision of class notes is mandatory .
ReplyDeletethnx...and what about chemistry and maths?
DeleteSame is the strategy that you have to follow with chemistry and maths - a systematic one
Deletethnx a lot!!!!!
Deletei think fiitjee packages contain a lot of questions from irodov?
DeleteYes, they do.
Deletebhaiyya, u said jd lee is no more needed as far as JEE is concerned as in last 5-6 yr papers there is hardly any question that is out of ncert. Then which books are needed for NSEC and INCHO as they require indepth knowledge. is JD LEE not needed for olympiads?
ReplyDeletein INCHO , there wasn't any question from inorganic chemistry (I am talking about INCHO 2013 , the last one).
ReplyDeleteFor NSEC , it was a cakewalk. There were 10 questions from biochemistry(something like inorganic) which i couldn't do , but still i cleared NSEC. No indepth knowledge is required for NSEC. And no inorganic is required for INCHO(please check other year's papers also to be on safe side)
What is actually the way of revising maths?
ReplyDelete1. is it to do all theory and then all questions for a chapter..
2. or is to to do one concept at a time and den do the questions related to that concept and then move on to the other concepts?
3. or is it something different..
please let me know the same for physics and chemistry...
thnxx in advance!!
bhaiyya, whats the ideal time to finish the syllabus?
ReplyDelete@IMG : You must pick some good book say TMH that contains the summary of the chapter for revision. Go through it and then move on to next one.
ReplyDeleteSee basically there are 2 things that you need to do for revision (common for all subjects) :
1.) read each chapter, solve problems concerning the chapter (read-solve-read-solve...)
2.) after number 1 is done , you need to then prepare for (solve-solve-solve..) that is solving problems from all chapters because this is what you will be made to do on "the day" so better prepared with point number 2. You can try fiitjee's GMP or resonance rank booster for this (GMP is tough and contains a lot of irrelevant high level questions that are not required for jee but you must try GMP if you are confident of getting say a 3 digit rank or a 2 digit rank)
Thnxxx boss..!
Delete@priya : the gap between the exam day and the syllabus completion day must be no more than 2 months
ReplyDeleteI have a question on Fiitjee's AITS !!
ReplyDeleteIs it necessary for us to know each and every concept behind every question (AITS part test+full test) along with the skill to solve that kind of tough question or is it sufficient to know the concept involved in each and every question?????
Ofcourse not. Aits is not iitjee. It the grandfather of iitjee. You need not know each and every concept.
ReplyDeleteHowever discussing Aits papers and solving the questions that involve a good concept which is is syllabus is recommended
As per you views on AITS and GMP both contain some level of high difficult problems!!
ReplyDeleteSo keeping the time constraint in mind, if we were to develop a practice over the higher end problems at the final stages of our preparation, then which one will u recommend to solve so as to get the full benefit out of it????
either GMP (or) AITS PAPER ANALYSIS ????
Gmp is nothing but a collection of past year Aits papers.
ReplyDeleteSo solving any of the 2 is equivalent
HI FRIEND... JUST WANTED TO ASK U HOW CAN I GET UNDER 100 RANK IN JEE ADVANCE 2015
ReplyDeleteDear aditya, this blog is all about getting a rank under 50 rather than just under 100 because it describes my own experience.
ReplyDeleteIf u say "how can I get under 100 rank", then I wud say, "read my blog" :)
Is Resonance Rank Booster more relevant to students aiming at 500-1000 ranks?
ReplyDeleteHello Aman , i am a 12th grader i am taking up the iit jee 2014 examination i request you to chalk out a short plan of studies looking at my current situation. Physics:except r.b.d and waves i have almost completed h.c verma and have done some problems in irodov , Chemistry:i have finished physical , starting carboxylic acids in organic and have very poor preparation in inorganic chemistry near nil . In maths i have pretty much completed the syllaus . Please suggest me a study plan to swiftly finish and revise things thoroughly .
ReplyDeleteAs per your personal experience on iitjee preparation, which of these made you confident of solving any question on the D-day???
ReplyDelete1) The books which you had mentioned in your blog
2) AITS,GMP,RTPF
If possible, can you please explain your reply subject-wise???
(eg. In calculus section of mathematics solving arihant helped you or the AITS,GMP,RTPF??)
Waiting for your reply, thanks in advance !!!!
@sabhari ram:
DeleteIt was a combination of a number of factors(not just one) including not just books/packages/test series but also parental support and motivation
I'll soon write a post on "the day" soon which I think will answer all your questions.
hi aman,i will be appearing for jee 2014 expecting a rank within top 20 as per the results of the aits. The problem that I am facing is whether I should devote time for the school preboards.there will be 2 preboards one from dec 15 to 25th dec and another from 10th jan to 20th jan.i had planned to devote time for board preparation from feb onwards.i have to cover a revision packages like resonance's rank booster, narayana's rank promoting package and some dpps which will take time till 31st jan.but these school preboards are hampering my studies.should I avoid them.i have covered ncert side by side but I need to study before these exams as I tend to forget derivations, equations
ReplyDelete@Abhijeet:
DeleteFirst of all let me tell u that Aits is not jee.
I can bet that jee paper will be completely different from that of Aits. It won't be as rigorous as Aits and would be based on concepts( not just masonry).
As far as your preboard problem is concerned: if ur school authorities don't create trouble for u regarding preboards then I wud suggest not appearing for both the preboards.
Skip them because u know that u have the potential of getting a good rank in jee advanced(where board marks don't matter) and jee main rank isn't going to bother u(where board marks matter a lot).
If your school is going to trouble u for not appearing for preboards(u shud know this thing), then appear for them.
It doesn't matter if u fail in a subject. They will anyway have to allow u to appear for boards.
Physics chemistry and maths aren't going to trouble u in preboards whether u study or not.
However English will definitely trouble u.
But keep calm and don't take preboards seriously.
All the best for jee
which would be the best revision package. though I m not in fitjee I can arrange for gmp
Delete@suhith rajesh : yes resonance rank booster is really good for students aiming at a 3 or 2 digit rank.
ReplyDeleteIs it ideal to solve both Rank Booster and GMP, as we may gain enough confidence for a 2 digit rank after completing Rank Booster?
Deletewell if time permits then go for it.
Deletebut make sure that you don't run out of time.
remember :
too many cooks spoil the broth
@srinivas Kumar : it seems that u are going well.
ReplyDeleteJust make sure u complete the pending chapters.
To revise, u might like to pick up resonance rank booster or if u are capable of getting a 2 digit rank then go for fiitjee Gmp.
Make sure u complete inorganic well(I have mentioned About inorganic in one of my posts)
Thanks , i actually have picked up this plancess course from iit b alumni will it suffice for a 3 digit rank?
ReplyDeleteit depends on how wisely you use the material
ReplyDeleteHey Aman i,m pranjul and i.m preparing for jee advance 2015
ReplyDeletei want to ask u that what is the ideal time completing the full course and start with revision ??
and i even have the rsm frm fiitjee
should i study it now or use it for revision.
in physics what book should i use for extensive practicing ?
I used RSM for revision (solved it completely in some 3 month time)
ReplyDeletetime of syllabus completion varies from person to person but it shouldn't be later than february..
for physics practice : no such ideal book exists.
however i would suggest hc verma, irodov and dc pandey books
As far i know RSM is fiitjee's correspondence course...and u were a classroom student.???? and u used it 4 revision, then u did'nt complete fiitjee classroom study package side by side.??
Deleteyes RSM is for correspondence students but I requested my teacher to arrange for RSM and he did it.
DeleteOfcourse I completed the fiitjee classroom package side by side

DeleteIs there a lot of difference between RSM and fiitjee classroom package??if there is , then should i go 4 it??
Deleteno there is not much difference. However RSM contains some good problems.
DeleteI got it for free (solve and return) so i went for it.
However RSM doesn't give you value for money so it is NOT worth trying
Hi AMAN,
ReplyDeleteWhat is the best way to revise class11th chapters along with 12th class preparation? When did you finish up with your class12th preparation?
Solving problems of class 11th syllabus is the best.
ReplyDeleteArrange for any good material(any question bank will do) and then solve it bit by bit daily.
Your task is to prevent yourself from forgetting what you have already covered. Solving problems is the best way to do this.
Revising the theory again and again might not be a good idea because you'll soon be bored and your interest in subject will be lost.
But solving problems is interesting and will help you to develop good thinking skills, speed and accuracy.
Remember its your smartness that how well you manage class 11th and 12th portion simultaneously!
For revision at the end of completion of sylabus, did u practice the problems u had earlier done fiitjee packages and the books u mentioned OR u picked a new book 4 solving new problems..??
ReplyDeleteOfcourse solving same problems again doesn't make any sense.
DeletePick up a new material.
That's where fiitjee Gmp or resonance rank booster comes into play
What ranks are necessary in FIITJEE AITS, AIITS, FTRE etc. to get JEE Advanced rank within 500 if one just gives FIITJEE tests and does not attend classroom coaching?
ReplyDeleteunder 500 ofcourse
Deletehey aman...i'm a IITJEE aspirant....a non FIITJEE student....bt i have the 2012 version of FIITJEE IITJEE ARCHIVE.....i will appear for JEE ADVANCED in 2015....so will that 2012 version suffice???or i need the latest version possile to get the best results from it??
ReplyDeleteyeah that edition is sufficient.
DeleteBut make sure that you solve JEE 2013 problems too
hi. i have been getting a below 1000 rank in aits with very little preparation. do i have a chance to get top 500 in iit jee
ReplyDeletemaybe
DeleteBhaiya i am almost through with physics and chemistry mains and advanced rank booster package. Ill complete it till end of feb .what i am concerned is about maths i have just completed the tmh and i have done 10 on 27 chapters of rank booster . I ma really worried will i be able to complete it till May or not . I also want to ask completing rank booster + tmh will it fetch me good marks in maths section ? I just want a 1000 rank but i have the gmp should i do that?
ReplyDeletewell you have done an awesome job.
Deletedefinitely go for GMP keeping in mind that it's above JEE level and you won't be able to do everything from it.
Rank booster + tmh is awesome. If you are able to complete both, then JEE is yours!
My best wishes
Bhaiya, i am a class 12th student, preparing for iit-jee at vmc.i am mostly in the top 20 percentile in our all india tests. due to my ignorant nature towards studies in class 11 i missed many chapters of chemistry and few of physics. however according to my study plan i will be through with these till mains (12/4/2014). can u suggest me some revision package or correspondence material so that i can score a rank ,around 1000, in advanced (42 days gap).pls suggest the books which are of advanced level and not beyond it as i am left with very little time.
ReplyDeleteRead the post carefully.
DeleteI have clearly mentioned the names of revision packages and books
how mch rank should I get in aits to get under 2500 rank in jee advanced
ReplyDeleteshould i go for fiitjee's gmp + rtpf or resonance rank booster or fiitjee's rsm, i am left with only 42 days after the mains.
ReplyDeleteresonance rank booster might be a good choice
DeleteMy maths syllabus is almost done except conic section and revision .. In Physics syllabus is done and full revision is left .. In chemistry Physical portion and organic portion is done at once and in inorganic p block is left and of course revision is left ..
ReplyDeleteHow many days you think are sufficient to complete these things .. i had only 15 till mains..
Also.. i had resonance Rp's which i would solve after mains ..
How much time is needed to complete Rank booster + Refiner + Master ??
I can't predict that.
DeleteI don't know your speed and all. You know yourself better than anyone else. It's better you decide it yourself
Bhaiyya I am taking jee 2014 and am currently revising. My performance in fiitjee aits is 80 - 90 percentile. What rank can I expect in jee? I am looking for iitm mech.
ReplyDeleteAlso suggest a book for math revision (especially conics).
I can't predict your rank in JEE.
DeleteFor revision, TMH is the best
hi aman
ReplyDeletei am appearing for jee 15.
i have not taken any test series yet.if i take now will it be fine .which one should i go for .also can you mention the advantages of the test series.should i buy resonance rank boosters .
No need of test series in class 11th.
DeleteIf you really want to go for it, then Resonance test series is the best idea.
In class 11th, you don't need Rank Booster. It's a revision package meant for those who have already completed the syllabus.
then when is the right time to start test teries. how to proceed with it.what are its advantages.
DeleteOctober is the best time to look for a test series.
DeleteIt has numerous advantages.
hi aman .
ReplyDeleteactually i did not know where to post this.i wanted to ask about BITSAT.
i will be appearing for jee 15. i saw previous years bitsat papers.i felt i could crack PCM sections but not english. how can i improve this.
Sorry, I didn't appear for BITSAT
Deletebhaiya did you study a chapter and then made it perfect or did you study 3 - 4 chapter a day. i will be appearing for jee 15
ReplyDeleteNever study many chapters at a time
DeleteToo many cooks spoil the broth
Can you please tell me how to revise for the last 1 month managing 12th board ( A.P. state) ????

Deletea question of strategy....!!.......
ReplyDeletei have resonance revision JEE ADVANCED package...!.... i first see the theory and then., move on to the questions of the package....
90% of the sums i can do t in the first attempt..... do i need to go further to questions which i'd done earlier!!
.
.
or the topics should be complete for me
This is because you are moving on to solving problems without understanding the concepts properly
Deletenoo.. noo..>.!!>>... i'm saying tht...!! after i do try all questions of the package....!!
Deleteshould i move on to other questions from different books..@... or questions tht i had done earlier... like from HC VERMA and other....
or tht topic is done??
Extremely sorry! I misread your question.
DeleteYou said - "90% of the sums i can do t in the first attempt" and I read it as "90% of the sums i can't do t in the first attempt".
Yeah it's a good idea to revise old questions

Deleteis the level of RESONANCE REVISION PACKAGE ABOVE THE JEE ADVANCED LEVEL....
ReplyDeleteor
is it to the right level of JEE.???
it's just right
DeleteAman bhaiyya,
ReplyDelete1) i have just completed my 11th. I am pretty confident about 90 percent of the topics covered. I have prepared ONLY FROM NCERT(i did all problems) and has revised it several times, say i have read physics text around 6 or 7 times. I have also completed my coaching material mostly. I am always getting ranks in top 10 with above 80 per cent. So, not mugging huge concept books in the first year is THAT BIG A PROBLEM? Will it affect my JEE prep. in 12th?
2) u said u haven't attended the school so u had plenty of time to cover a variety of material. I too did the same thing in first year and my school authorities have already fired me thrice. I am school topper in PCM, score above 90% in Eng and 2nd language, but only around 75% in bio. Will this affect my mains rank?
And also, how u managed not attending the school?
For Part 1 of you question,
DeleteEnsure that you don't have a black cloth wrapped over your eyes.
What I mean to say is that don't just blindly be satisfied with the fact that if you are getting good rank in your coaching then it means that you will get a similar rank in JEE.
There are thousands of such coachings across the nation.
So, better realize this as soon as possible.
Secondly, Yes, not scoring good in biology will affect your rank.
Better prepare it well
But Bhaiyya, there IS a problem.....
DeleteI am studying in state syllabus school and we have 6 subjects out here(PCMB+ENG+2nd language).
But, for JEE, only marks of 5 subjects is enough na? then y shd i score good in bio(i score well in eng and 2nd language)? pls help
Ask your school authorities about it.
DeleteI really have no idea
I think they dont even know the full form of JEE............
Deleteu shd help me out of this.
this is how the JEE Main bulletin says:
5 subjects to be used for normalization:
1.Physics
2.mathematics
3.any one of chemistry, biology, biotechnology, and Technical Vocational subject
4.One language
5.Any subject other than the above 4 subjects.
If this is the case, then what i said is possible na???
pls help me out of this...<<i m 2015 aspirant
i want to know..!.... like .. if suppose, i'm doing a topic........ after completing tht topic, shud i move on to 34 YRS JEE PAST PAPERS.. or... should i do them after completing my entire course(i'll finish studying all the topics by october) ie... in the form of REVISION TYPE...(so as a type of self evaluation.......... keeping my level high initially)..... SINCE AFTER OCTOBER.. I WILL ONLY REVISE....................(JEE 2015)...
ReplyDeleteand how did u handle the past papers??
After a particular chapter is done, you should definitely solve past year problems to judge yourself.
DeleteAlso, you should once again solve the past year problems after the entire course has been finished.
did u even do this way
Deleteyes I did it that way
DeleteYour JEE MAIN score is 323/360 rite? as far as i know, sai sandeep's score is 311/360...
ReplyDeleteI wonder what your rank was.................
JEE Main rank : 617 (after normalization)
Deletei want to know..!... ur entire day plan..!>... espicially at the beginning of class 12...!!

I am a JEE 2015 aspirant..I need some advice regarding FIITJEE AITS
ReplyDeletei didn't joined aiits in class XI as i had heard that it is very TOUGH, and it happens that the syllabus for aits does not corresponds to the topics taught in our coaching.
I am looking forward for AITS in class XII because my 90% course of JEE has been completed (except chem).
But I am in a dilemma as i get two conflicting thoughts:
1 " I should skip it, as it is very tough, and i would have to waste my every sat-sun from NOV to may..moreover the centre is also a little bit distant..I will get the aits papers from friends and i can practise them at my home when i get time by my convenience...so i should not join it."
2. " i have prepared well and it may not be much difficult for me, as it is rumored,,, and it is necessary to give regular tests to assess my performance. I may ruin my JEE because of no beforehand assessment of my preparation. Giving tests at home wont serve the purpose.."
Please suggest me what to do, and tell me if i am wrong in my opinions..
Whatever is your level of preparation, FIITJEE AITS will anyway bang you
DeleteThis is all I can say
can 2 months be enough to revise the entire 2 year course...!>.... class 11 AND 12......
ReplyDelete(which includes completing the class notes+ selected sums from the various books like HCV , DC PANDEY,AMIT M,etc)
i think i'll get 2 months to revise/./
#jee_2015
You need at least 3 months in my opinion to revise thoroughly.
DeleteHi aman bhaiyaa.im pratyush sahoo going to class 12.i am weak at 11th maths and physics chapters such as rot.mech and my classes in school also starts within a week so wat u suggest 2 me.should i continue with the 11th chapters till my school reopens or my coaching(fiitjee weekend) classes start with 12class.or should i start reading and solving some initial chapters of class12 earlier to get a headstart in class12.wen did u started with ur 12 class chapters.pllzz guide me thru.
ReplyDeleteYou won't understand class 12th chapters well unless you have completely done class 11th chapters
Deletehow to frequently revise the class 11 topics in class 12.... should i do it every week.... or should i do it after completing course... how to keep both going parallelly...,! how did u do the class 11 ones in 12??

ReplyDeleteiam in 12th now ,iam now revising 11th throughly.i also have guides of both class 11 and 12 and to be frank i didnt study anything from ncert book but pretty confident with the concepts . Should i join a normal coaching centre or self study?????
my parents say go for coaching since it help increase speed..How is dlp of resonance?
i like it .whats ur advice. please suggest some good plans to tackle jee.
also iam going to school and also have class on every saturdays.
Maths is a bit touch for me.(ncert maths is ok but jee level).
organic chemistry.iam planning to revise parallel.
expecting a great answer.
many would benifit with a gr8 answer from u.i will be writing iit jee 2015.
thanking you..
yours faithfully
amal.s.
what is your opinion about fiitjee rtf papers. Are they like aits or different.
ReplyDeleteAman bhaiyya,
ReplyDeletemy 11th didnt go really good.
i was average.and now being my 12th summer vacations i am planning to do 11th all over again.(i go to fiitjee and my packages and books like hcv are only half done)
but fiitjee professors are telling us to revise 11th in oct-nov-dec.
i have seen my seniors struggling during that time with pre boards and projects.
so should i go forward with doing 11th topics again?or should i do some topics now and leave others for oct-nov?
also i am seeing some of my classmates who also go for coaching elsewhere and are toppers even in school are finishing their 12th standard board portions in vacations saying that this will give them time to study for jee and olympiads regularly thruoghout the yr.
now if i were to do fiitjee 12th portions as they are teaching it + 11th standard fiitjee portions + 12th school portions!!!
i am confused on how to balance the three:-/
could u please give me atleast a rough strategy to divide my time and cover important parts of all three simultaneously?????
sorry about this quite long post, bhaiyya but im quite worried now as after messing my 11th(i was a topper till 10th) i want to get an under 100 rank in jee 2015 and i am ready to work really hard for it. i'm just confused on how to go about it?
bhaiyya,do try to reply as soon as possible.
ReplyDelete:-)
Aman bhaiya,
ReplyDeletei would like to ask you few questions-
1.I am presently in 11th standard and i have joined fiitjee noida's 2 year programme. what i find is the the study material of fiitjee has very little theory in it and i would like to take a correspondence course of vmc or resonance for basically getting good concepts. Please suggest which one of these two would be better for me.
2.Also in terms of reference books for class 11 i have pradeep in physics and chemistry. rd sharma in maths and hc verma for physics. should i buy any other reference book?(for both iit and school). i dont want to buy too many books and want to stick to few good books.
Aman bhaiya,
ReplyDeletei joined fiitjee recently.. teachers here are saying that we should refer only the notes and study material given by them.. and they are also saying that following books from other authors can create confusion..
but refering notes does not help me much
So should i refer other books such as H.C. Verma or other authors...?
sir i am std 12 student nd since only 6 mnth r left for IITJEE cud u plss give a topknotch study plant to score 200+ in Mains ... just a 6 mnth prep guide
ReplyDeleteaman human memory is about 2.5 petabytes.i think bhaiya u have to edit ur post.hahaha
ReplyDeletehey , is there solution book for lg wade?how did you match your answers(please reply soon, iam in a great hurry)

You can try it for sure, its closer to JEE level than GMP (which is above JEE level)
By what time prior to jee we should have completed our full syllabus revision so that the remaining time should be consumed only for practice.. ?
ReplyDeleteIf you are appearing for JEE (1 + 201X), then ideally you should be done with syllabus by the end of 201X
DeleteThank you
Deletehey aman. i am a jee 2016 aspirant, i have completed all the FIITJEE
ReplyDeletepackages (class 11&12 + ncert all subjects) + hcv and some other
reference books for other subjects. right now i am doing
irodov, krotov &DCP for physics; rc mukherjee, op tandon and cpp's for
chem; cengage and TMH for maths. i have also tried FIITJEE GMP, i
felt that physics was good, chemistry was very easy and maths was
very tough and errorfull. please suggest some alternative for chem
and maths GMP and also if it is the right time for me to start
solving different question banks( rank booster, gmp, etc.)
please reply.
Chem : try books
DeleteMaths : TMH
Both the books can be found in books section
Hey! I'm preparing for JEE 2016 , aiming to get a rank<150 . I go to coaching , but not JEE coaching since there's no JEE coaching institutes where I live. So I was ignorant about the difficulty level , and other stuff until the last few months. I've started serious preparations now , but stil lag behind, I've got around 40 chapters left from all subjects (11th and 12th total). I'm giving the Leader Test Series for JEE Advance , by Allen Institute online. In the 3 tests so far , my score has been much below my expectations , around 80-90 out of 240 , since my study was incomplete. I really need to improve my scores. So my doubt is that how should I manage my daily study? I want to complete all the topics as soon as possible , before KVPY, so I can start revising. The main problem before me is that I have to attend my college practicals , and coaching , which takes away around 8 hours of my day, so I hardly manage to study 6 hours a day. How should I study in this time? (I can study more on Wednesdays and Sundays , since we have holidays. ) Please reply ASAP , thanks! :)

DeleteHi Aman,
ReplyDeleteBeing a parent I need some right suggestions from you.Do u suggest that someone should prepare for JEEM separately for some time if he is already preparing for Advanced and aiming for three digit rank. If someone is maintaining a score of 180+ in fiitjee phase tests, what AIR in Advanced can be expected ?
Could you please indicate a good percentile score in Fiitjee Aits for a student aiming for an under 1000 rank? (Even a pure guess would do)

ReplyDeleteHello aman bhaiya, I am currently studying in class 11 and taking no coaching classes. I took fiitjee rsm two year course and arihant iitjee guides of Jee main and adv. I feel fiitjee rsm doesn't contain good amount of theory. So depending on the other guides. I would like to know if these are enough to build a strong base in iitjee syllabi? And how do manage all these books? Hope you clear my doubt..
