    1. OP tondon physical is good
JD lee is not needed for JEE

      Delete
    2. Does NCERT, Previous Years sample papers and the material provided by the coaching will suffice for Inorganic (JEE Adv) ? Or is it necessary to brush through JD Lee once?

  2. Foundation and a good grasp of the subject is what the criteria is-
For inorganic-is ncert enough?and for jee level questions?but there is also the jee focussed jd lee(http://www.flipkart.com/concise-inorganic-chemistry-jee-main-advanced-2nd/p/itmdkw7wcf3psuqb?pid=9788126541478&) available should i take it?
For physical-http://www.flipkart.com/new-pattern-text-book-physical-chemistry-competitions-generation-jee-all-other-engineering-entrance-examinations/p/itmdt9gzav4mpftf?pid=RBKDFZGV2GVUHKUY&otracker=from-search&srno=t_2&query=op+tandon&ref=74a088c3-b307-44cf-acfd-bce2a9d0c080......IS THIS THE BOOK YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT?and what about rc mukherjee?
    For organic-ncert and lg wade.
I also have Plancess material(you must be knowing about it). Please suggest what would be the best.

RC mukherjee : do it when you want some challenging problems

    1. But somebody told me op tandon is not enough for <1000 rank. infact i am aiming <100. So, i guesss u mean that first i shud set up my basics with op tandon and then move to some advanced book? Or is OP Tandon enough for advanced also????
      JEE 2015

      Delete
    2. well according to me, it's more than enough for jee advanced
And if you have earnestly solved that boo, then it will help you in olympiads as well
PS : don't purchase op tondon organic/inorganic chemistry. Only the physical chemistry book is good

    3. Well.... i need answer for this too(sorry)!
U said good comments about rc mukherjee as well as op tandon. So, which one shud i choose (i'll buy what u say)....

    1. Totally dependent on teacher(due to his doctrait in chem) and his less involvement in students sure to less no of his students and personal reasons. Please advice should I change the teacher or start studying from o.p.tondon and for doubts to whom should I refer if not able to get it resolved from him. Please please please advice earliest bcoz its high time for me in chemistry. Please reply Thanks
